No. Counsel retains legal strategy and legal representation. Our role is independent forensic analysis, investigative support and specialist coordination within the agreed mandate.
Can you review a case already under investigation or at trial?
An existing record can be assessed for a defined review question, subject to availability, access, deadlines and the applicable jurisdiction. The initial discussion establishes whether the proposed work is feasible.
How do you handle cross-border evidence?
We establish the jurisdictional, access and evidence-handling requirements before work begins, coordinating with local counsel and appropriately authorised specialists where required.
Is the initial enquiry a commitment to instruct?
