This policy concerns basic website and initial-enquiry information. Case evidence and investigation data are not accepted through open website channels and are governed by matter-specific terms and secure systems.

This policy explains the limited information collected through this website and the principles applied before any case-related processing begins.
Never use the public website or ordinary email to transmit case evidence, device data, witness information or privileged advice.
Data minimisation
We request only identity, professional contact, country, role and a neutral enquiry summary. Do not include names of case subjects, witnesses, case numbers, evidence or privileged content.
Purposes
Initial information is used to assess identity, conflicts, legitimate purpose, capability, jurisdiction, security and whether a professional response is appropriate.
Legal basis and sensitive data
The applicable basis depends on the context and jurisdiction. Criminal-offence and other restricted categories are not intentionally collected through the public form. Any later processing requires a documented assessment.
Form processing and sharing
Information submitted through the public enquiry form is transmitted by Formspree as our technical form-processing provider and delivered to our professional intake mailbox. Email and hosting providers may also process the information as necessary for delivery. Access within 365 ALTERAM is limited to personnel or advisers necessary for intake, conflict, legal, compliance or security assessment. Information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Unaccepted enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for compliance, security and conflict purposes, subject to applicable law. Matter retention is set separately in written engagement terms.
International transfers
The public form may involve processing by Formspree and supporting service providers outside the visitor's country. Provider safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms apply. Data location and transfer safeguards are assessed separately before any evidence environment or international workstream is approved.
Security and rights
We apply access controls and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection requests may be sent to privacy@365alteram.com.
